HOW IT WORKS..
To get started, I’ve outlined the general steps involved in working together on a business coaching program.
STEP 1:
FIRST CONTACT.
Get in touch via the contact form and let me know the main challenges in your business right now.
STEP 2:
LET’S CHAT.
I’ll contact you by phone for a casual 15 minute chat to break the ice.
STEP 3:
THE 90-MINUTE MEETING.
This can be face-to-face or by video conference and lasts about 90 minutes. That will give you a feel for my business coaching style. You’ll be able to ask me questions, and just as importantly, I’ll be able to ask you questions.
You’ll come to understand what I do, how I do it, and why it works. You’ll already be learning many things during this session and will undoubtedly have lots of Blinding Flashes of the Obvious (BFOs). At the end of session, you’ll be armed with some new skills and the reassurance that this is right direction for you.
Don’t worry, the process is simple, transparent and motivating. If we’re a great fit, you’ll feel energised and charged to get to the next session and take your business to the next level. And if for some reason, that’s not what your feeling, we’ll shake hands and wish each other well. Nothing is lost, but hopefully a little has been gained.
STEP 4:
MAKING IT OFFICIAL.
When we decide to start working together, there is a simple, straightforward coaching agreement that doesn’t lock you in. We’ll agree on a preferred ongoing coaching day and time that will be your timeslot. Coaching can be weekly or fortnightly (most popular). We’ll decide together what business coaching program best suits you based on your unique circumstances and ambitions. You’ll walk away with your first goal sheet to achieve by the next coaching session!
STEP 5:
BUSINESS COACHING.
This is where the small shifts will create massive change. Business coaching covers everything you need: planning, sales, marketing, human resources, team building, leadership, financials and more. We’ll include it as long as it’s relevant to you and your business achieving success.
STEP 6:
MEASURE AND TEST
We’ll evaluate the results against the agreed goals and decide on the next plan of attack every quarter.
